Kaiser Family Foundation Releases Study on Currently Enacted Managed Care
Liability Provisions in State Law
As part of the Kaiser Family Foundation's efforts to monitor health
policy at state and federal levels, it released a study of currently enacted
managed care liability provisions in state law. The report briefly describes
the key features of these state laws, legal challenges that have been raised
to some of them, and early experiences in states that have managed care
liability provisions in effect.
